The OYSC is proude to offer the Fred Werner Scholarship to a high school student graduating during the 2009-2010 school year. This scholarship is dedicated to Fred Werner, a long time OYSC coach, boad member, and volunteer. The $250 scholarship will be awarded on Soccer Saturday.

If you wish to apply for the scholarship, please fill out the small form below. Please do not submit multiple times. Additional entries will not increase your chances of winning the scholarship, and will be ignored.
